Stop, Put the Splenda Down!
Dominating most cafe tabletops are a gamut of colorful sugar-free packets. Yet, recently the notorious waistline widdlers may be countering their believed purpose and causing people to overeat.

A study by Purdue University reveals that artificial sweeteners seem to erase the physiological link between savory flavors and calories, ultimately leading test rats fed with sweeteners to overeat.
Since 2000, Americans have doubled their consumption of sugar-free products since 1987, using up to 160 million products.
Interestingly, American obesity also doubled since 1987, from 15% to 30%.
Therefore while you train for bikini season, pass over the Diet Coke and reach for the real stuff.
THANK YOU!
